-- New NASCAR Home Video Released Just in Time for Holiday Sales--

Charlotte, NC., -- Representing the first home video product release in the recently announced entertainment partnership between NASCAR Images and Shoreline Media Group (SMG), the two companies today announced NASCAR Winston Cup 2002 Year In Review. The new release, which incorporates a second music video disc in the two DVD set, will be available for shipment in time for holiday gift giving 2002. This represents the first-ever NASCAR home video release in the DVD format.

The new release, available in limited quantity as either a high-quality VHS video or two DVD boxed set, provides viewers with a dynamic overview of the closest battle for a NASCAR Winston Cup championship in recent history. NASCAR's ever-expanding legion of enthusiastic fans will enjoy intense race action from each of the series' events. Created with the same award-winning production capabilities as NASCAR's television broadcasts, NASCAR Winston Cup 2002 Year in Review also features never-before-seen behind the scene footage, as well as insightful interviews with such NASCAR Winston Cup stars as Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Bill Elliott, Rusty Wallace, Mark Martin and Sterling Marlin.

NASCAR Winston Cup 2002 Year in Review, produced by NASCAR Images under an exclusive licensing agreement with NASCAR, also focuses on the amazing performances of NASCAR's young guns like Jimmie Johnson, Ryan Newman and Kurt Busch.

An additional bonus for the DVD set is a NASCAR Images-produced music video DVD that features such noted artists as Def Leppard, Saliva, Audiovent, Flaw and Greenwheel.

In keeping with the unique multi-tiered launch strategy created by NASCAR Images and SMG, the products will initially be available in mid-October of 2002 through January 2003 only via direct sales (800-856-4266) and the Internet at Extensive national advertising featuring full-page, four-color print ads in such publications as NASCAR Winston Cup Scene, Four Wheel and Off-Road and Circle Track, will accompany the launch of the products, with sales starting October 15, 2002.
